The S-Series Kits are designed to accommodate microphones that measure 3/4 to 1" (19mm to 25mm) in diameter, and this kit will fit microphone between 14-16" (355-410mm) long. The Rycote S-Series Windshield and Suspension Kit is an all-in-one solution to field microphone wind and shock protection and even the XLR cable is included. 
The S-Series Windshield features an integral acoustic fur covering that results in greater than 30dB wind noise suppression. The steel spine provides an ultra-rigid support for all the parts in the system. The chassis ring is used to mount the two windshield halves and may be demounted when only a web suspension mount is required. Revolutionary one-piece web suspension elements require no suspension elastic bands or rubber parts. The web suspension provides excellent noise suppression against movement and shock. The pinch-release design provides an easy mount onto the steel spine. The redesigned pistol grip features soft-feel grips for maximum comfort and a 3/8" female thread attachment for use on boom poles or mic stands.
